1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Kovra ("the Service"), including our Discord bots (Guard, Desk, Rise) and the web dashboard at dash.kovra.xyz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Kovra provides Discord server management tools including moderation, ticketing, leveling, and analytics. The Service is offered in a Free tier and a Premium tier (Monthly $5.99/month, Annual $59/year, or Lifetime $99 one-time) — all Premium variants grant the same feature set. An optional Agency add-on is available at +$20/month on top of any Premium subscription and removes the "Powered by Kovra" branding on embeds, rank cards, and the public leaderboard.
3. Account and Access
- You must have a valid Discord account to use the Service.
- You are responsible for all activity under your Discord account.
- You must have the necessary permissions in a Discord server to configure Kovra bots.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Abuse the API or dashboard with automated requests beyond normal usage.
- Attempt to access data from servers where you do not have permission.
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or to harass individuals.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
5. Premium Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through LemonSqueezy.
- You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and Discord API outages may affect availability. We are not liable for downtime-related losses.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kovra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our Discord support server. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
